Our Process

Our screening and partnership process mirrors the approach of the world’s most thoughtful investors and how they look at alternative investment opportunities. There are four primary components of our process — sourcing, partnership assessment, due diligence and execution.


  • We make it our business to know what smart money is focused on, thereby, giving us an edge in our systematic sourcing effort to identify and screen prospective partners.
  • We fully examine issues vital to collaboration and partnership early in our engagement. This assessment includes judgments of trust, compatibility and mutual objectives. A key output of this effort is the development of a framework for executing our prescribed mandate.
  • We execute investment due diligence. It is our belief that attractive returns are generated by compelling investment opportunities pursued by the right people. Our due diligence focuses on these two attributes with an emphasis on investment strategy, repeatability, alignment of interest, and above all, people.
  • We use this developed charter along with the expertise of our distribution team and their access to the investor community to ensure the high levels of exposure needed to successfully execute the mandate.
